What Causes Body Chills And Shivering?

i am having chills and shaking. It lasts for about 60 min. had my first episode last night. I get very cold and whole body shakes. Today I had another episode at work and I had to come home. I took Tylenol and that helped. No fever, I feel ok after chills go away

You are having episodic chills and fever

The causes endemic in area should be ruled out esp.. Malaria, dengue, typhoid etc...

If abdominal pain associated than typhoid investigated by IGM Elisa or culture

For malaria investigate with peripheral smear examination

Paracetamol you are using can be taken sos

Auscultation and CBC needs to be done
Flu also can lead fever with chills...
For that Symptomatic management done

If CBC shows neutrophilia than antibiotic course prescribed

Take care

Consult physician for examination
