What Causes Body Chills And Insomnia?

I can go to bed and everything s fine. Then after a couple hours I am so cold I can t sleep. The temp in sweatshirt.my bedroom is beteen 71 and 76 degrees. I will go to the bathroom to arm up with a plug in heater and an electric hair dryer. Before going back to bed still shiverng and cold to the bone I put on a hooded sweatshirt.

Hello,

If room temperature low means you may use air-conditioning ii n room to regulate the temperature.

Use a thick blanket to cover your self. Also, check for hypothyroidism or hypotension or anaemia or peripheral vascular disease or Raynaud's phenomenon before you talking about a health condition.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and check for above possible causes then treat you accordingly.
