What Causes Body Chills And High Fever?

Hi, I am a 64 year old female that had a kidney transplant a year ago. I have experienced sudden chills following a temp spike of 102 Friday and Sat...this occurred two weeks ago a well...I have body aches no diarhea no vomiting....I am able to eat lightly, and my teeth still hurt from a previous sinus infection which I received Z pack. Thank you

u got to do a urine routine, cbc, dengue ns1 antigen, dengue IgG, IgM, peripheral smear for malaria. Also blood cultures during fever and chest xray
