hi doc Yesterday at office I was feeling as if I have fever. My body feels warm, but when I went home and checked my temp it was 36.5-36.8. I m 25 years old and was consuming some supplements till last week but I took a break from it. I do workout at gym and I think after i took sauna bath I got trapped to sudden hot to cold. I feel alot of body ache especially my back. I feel warm but no temperature. I feel a lot of hunger and when I eat something I feel nice.
