Question: Are these symptoms of something(s) serious: at bedtime, while browsing on computer, 1 am, sudden mild pressure behind my eyes becoming dizziness; heavy sweating like sauna, dry vomiting, severely weak, complete evacuation of colon, in 25 minutes. Afterward, somewhat weak but able to sleep through night. Supper had been reheated package meal, 9pm, and 6 oz of white wine at 12M. No health problems known, except arthritis, and I take Humira biweekly. (Had the shot at 4pm.) Today, feel normal.

Brief Answer:
No indication of something serious.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

The fact that you are feeling well today is very reassuring. Judging by the description and the duration of the episode I do not see any indication of something serious. The pressure behind your eyes which you say not to have been a part of previous episodes doesn't seem worrying. In brain lesions such as stroke, tumor, inflammation etc there may be pressure like headache but it is more persisting, doesn't subside in a day, benign tension type headache seems more likely.
The most likely cause does indeed seem to be a passing viral infection as you have been suggested other times. Since you have no symptoms now it's hard to confirm it as physical exam or tests are likely to result normal. So I wouldn't undertake any unnecessary consults or tests for now, not as long as you're feeling normal (even some mild weakness initially would be justified).

If any new symptoms appear do not hesitate to write again.
