Brief Answer:
No these hemorrhoids wont .left sided varicocele likely .

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear XXXXXXX
I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* Hemorrhoids of second stage ( coming out while passing stool & then going
inside ) will not cause any penile pain .
- Hemorrhoids of third stage ( continuously staying outside anus ) may cause
penile pain & difficulty in urination in some persons due to perineal nerves
irritation .
- In your case , it seems to be second stage hemorrhoid , so no penile pain
can be due to that .
* Veins in scrotum causing more pain in left testicle when sitting for long
periods seems to be varicocele most likely , can give discomforts on & off .
* Would like to get some more details for your query to comment more
precisely :
1. age
2. symptoms of hemorrhoids , pain intensity severity frequency duration
any bleeding per rectum , totally goes inside , bowel movements
3. penile pain details with erection , ejaculation , sex problems if any
4. details of veins of scrotum - consistency ( soft / hard ) , how many ,
overlying skin changes if any , noticing any changes in size when sitting,
coughing , straining or remains same all times ; noticed any change in size
of scrotum after veins appearance
5. what about right testis discomfort , urinary discomfort
6. any swelling or bulge in groin
7. activity involving weight lifting / heavy workouts
8. smoking if any
9. history of any trauma
10. any other information you would like to share regarding this

Hi, I am 34, no pain in right testical and all seem normal there. No issues with erection or sex, ejaculation. In fact no pain at all when this happens. No injury sustained in that area I can think of.
Vains in scrotum are like a bag of worms, had these checked by go a year ago, softer than harder. Pain again can be obvious for a few days then nothing for a while. Sometimes I get a pain in my lower back with them. Have a history of back pain, again after a few days this would go. Again no changes in them when sitting or anything or pain when coughing etc.

Hemorroids are external at times and can cause pain passing stool and blood spots when wiping. I use anusol cream for a few days which usually does the trick and the right diet.

Pain in the penis only started recently it feels like a bit at the tip but within the shaft even at the bottom. Again not all the time, noticeable when sitting other wise its fine. When I sleep lying down I have no pain. Had it a few weeks ago and it passed after 1 day, this is now day 3 and although the pain does not feel as noticable as last time its a dull ache.
