What Causes Body Ache Along With Chills And Chest Congestion?

I have had body aches and chills for the past two days with some light chest congestion. When I took a shower this evening, I noticed a blotchy appearance in kind of a lattice pattern on my chest, abdomen, the under side of my arms and upper thighs. When brushing my teeth, I noticed a lot of blood in the sink which stopped after brushing. I never have bleeding gums.

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should go for a clinical evaluation by your doctor.
Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count (CBC) including platelet count.
2. Bleeding Time/Clotting Time.
The reports of the above mentioned investigations along with the clinical evaluation by your doctor will help in planning your further medical management.
Add Vitamin C supplement in your diet.
I hope this is helpful to you.
