What Causes Blurry Vision And Eye Flashes?

I have been suffering from blurry, shaky vision the past couple of days. Sort of like 'eye flashes' if that makes sense. I know it is not a vision problem. Almost like I see little Christmas lights around the periphery. Last night I really had trouble focusing to read anything.

I do suffer from migraines occasionally and have had vertigo once or twice, but my head is not hurting. I do feel a little bit 'out of it', sort of tired.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having blurring of vision, flashes of light and seeing of lights in the periphery. Since you are having migraine these symptoms indicate aura of migraine. These symptoms will respond to treatment of migraine.
Hence I advice you to consult your physician for treatment of migraine. Since you are having aura symptoms of migraine you need to use prophylactic drugs like flunarizine to prevent recurrent attacks of migraine and migraine aura.

Thank you
