What Causes Blood In Urine?

Blood droped followed by urine when I urinated. It will not happen again for some days. Some times there appears to be a blood clot with it. I noticed this time it came a few hours after i masturbated. I feel no pain and I urinte normally. Abdominal scan showed one stone in the kidney only. Heart xray normal. I had my prostrate removed over ten years ago. I am diabetic with HBP. Urine test showed no bacterial infection.I am 65yrs , 70kg & 5ft 5ins in height.
