What Causes Blood In Urine?
I have blood in my urine. The urine culture shows no significant bacteria. The urinalysis has occult blood 3+, Protein 1+, Leukocyte Esterase 3+, WBC greater than or equal to 60 and the RBC greater than or equal to 60. Everything else is within range. What might be going on?

This depends on your symptoms. If you experience pain while urinating or frequent urge to urinate, it may be a urinary tract infection. It could also be a kidney stone, but in any regard, I think it would be relevant to do kidney function blood tests and an ultrasound of your kidneys.
