What Causes Blood In Urine After A Head Injury?

I slipped on ice and smashed my head and face in the street. I was out cold for almost a minute, both nostrils are clogged with blood and I have a black eye. All the trauma was to my head. But the alarming part was when I was knocked out I peed an alarming amount of blood. Is it possible to have a substantial amount of blood in your urine directly related to head trauma so instantly? I haven t peed any blood since.

traumatic brain injury can cause renal injury or bladder contusion resposible for blood in urine,the other option is urinary catheter insertion.blood in urine is sensitive indicator of genitourinary trauma .
