What Causes Blood In Urination?

I am a 31 years old and for the last couple days (3 or so) when I urinate, I find spots of blood on the tissue. I am also urinating very frequently (today for example, I have only drank like a half of cup of water....I usually drink lots of water and never go this frequently). Yesterday I had a white discharged as well. I had a pap smear done dec. 2010 and Jan. of this year in preparation for my tubal ligation and everything went well. I have an appt. to see the doc. in two weeks (they dont have any earlier appt.) but I am nervous....

pathologies also contributing needing total case evaluation as a whole .
* Recommendations for you to get better recovery till you consult your
doctor
- drink plenty of liquids around 4-5 liters / day preferably boiled water,
coconut water, lemon juice , green tea, coffee, butter milk etc.
- keep genitals clean & dry .
- avoid spicy / oily / non vegetarian substances
- avoid stress
- remain ambulatory
- Cranberry sachets or liquid have very good outcome.
- snauf , amla , citrus fruits best herbal supporters.
