Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* The reasons can be of different possibilities as
- anal fissure - hemorrhoid - drug induced which may be consumed for
fever - constipation related hard stool - others .

* Needs clinical diagnosis with proctoscopy evaluation by general surgeon .
* Primary guidelines for better outcome

- Consume more liquids with soft diet .
- Avoid all spices , oily , non veg stuffs temporarily .
- Manage regular smooth bowel evacuations .
- Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each 2
times a day )

Hope this clears your doubt .
