What Causes Blood In Stool?

Hello,

I am a 22 year old female with no significant medical history. Tonight when I had a bowel movement, I noticed some bright red blood when I wiped. I have recently been constipated and passed hard stool a few days ago. The blood wasn't mixed in with the stool, it was separate. Is this something I should be concerned about?

hello!
I have been through your question.
Related your concern I think this is hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are one of the most common causes of rectal bleeding. You may get them when you have constipation as you have or for other reasons.Hemorrhoids often get better without surgery or even procedures your doctor can do in the office. So what I suggest for you is to drink a lot of water, eat higher fiber diet and have a lot of activity and if this symptoms last you should talk with a surgery for other treatments like use of 1% hydrocortisone cream on the skin outside the ansu.
I hope my answer help you.
I wish you a quick recovery.
