Hi,

I think that you will need to do a blood count test including platelets along with bleeding time and clotting time. Apply local antibiotics cream like Metronidazole locally in clitoris for 10 days. Avoid rubbing of clitoris during sexual intercourse for 3 months.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
