What Causes Blood Filled Sores Around The Anus Of A Child?

My dough tear 4 years old has open sores around her anus, discomfort her when she pee on her potty , we don t use any diapers, contesting ( prescribed) we using it during a week no results. Sometimes sores even bleed, not a lot. It happened after antibiotics treatment . Stool is not soft. Please help!

Give her some stool softner syrup available over the counter.

Apply Balmex cream, Plus, Nystatin cream, Plus, Triple Antibiotic Ointment. Apply all the three creams 3 times a day over the affected area. Give the baby, Tylenol syrup too.
