What Causes Blood Filled Blisters On The Scrotum?

Hello, over the last 2/3 months, I have had 2-4 Large (1/2" wide x 3/4" - 1" long) bubbles on my scrotum. I had one on either side recently. One burst and a lot of blood was released. The other did not burst and both went away.... not sure if they ever completely went away though. Now I have another on the left side where the original one that burst was. This is another large one. These bubbles are very uncomfortable and very sore and sensitive to touch. If you are able to give me some information about what they are, then I would be grateful, as the info. I can seem to find are for the little red blood filled spots which are over blood vessels called angiokeratoma. What I have does not have any similarities.

Regards,

JB
