What Do Hard Bumps On The Penis Indicate?

Question: I noticed tonight that I have a couple of dark,hard, sand like bump located just under my penis head. I am 40 years old and the first time I recall seeing this. Is this anything to require a doctor visit ?

According to your complaints it could be epidermoid cysts or molluscum.

You can upload the pictures either under the report section or mail them to YYYY@YYYY as " Attention: Dr Asmeet ".
In case of epidermoid cysts you can leave it as such but molluscum will require treatment.

Seems to be angiokeratoma, no need to worry

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be angiokeratomas.
These are benign vascular tumours and you don't have to worry about them.
You can leave them as such or get them removed by electrocautery.
