Hello dear'Understand your concern
Following are the causes of prolonged menstrual bleeding.
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding: due to hormonal imbalance.
Endometrial hyperplasia or cancer, fibroid, ovarian cyst/PCOS.
I advice you to consult the gynecologist and get the done following investigations:
Vaginal examination, full hormone profile, endometrial biopsy, ovarian follicle study, USG scan.
Doctor may provide tranexemic acid: to reduce bleeding.
COntraceptive pill to regularize the cycle.
Further treatment depend on the result of the test.
