What Causes Bloating Of The Stomach With Gastritis?

Hi ...I am a 59 year old female, 5'5" and weighing 160 lbs. Lately I have been experiencing a bloated stomach and lots of gas. I occasionally experience acid reflex. I feel that I am constipated and when I do have a bowel movement it is pebble sized. Can you help diagnos this?
