What Causes Bloating And Pain In Pelvic Area While Having Endometriosis?

Hi I have endometreosis and about two weeks ago I felt very bloated and had extreme pain in my pelvic area, I was just off of my cycle. I haven t really felt right since. Now about two or 3 days ago I started having a thick very white discharge with a funny smell. I have also still had some pain but I don t think much of it because I usually have the pain. I don t think I have a fever, but have also been having back and hip pain. I am very concerned and wondering if I should go to the er. I am new in my town and do not have insurance and am afraid it will take a long time to get to a Dr. I just need some advice plz. Thank u

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I would like to offer some possibilities in the current scenario. 1. An endometriotic cyst that may have developed in the past could have ruptured. This could have caused the pain. The discharge you are experiencing also could be from a collection of the ruptured cyst. 2. Location of the endometrial tissue is the cause of the pain in the hips and low back. The tissue can sometimes be seen outside the peritoneal cavity also. 3. A sonogram of the pelvis, if you can get it, will mostly help by detecting any cysts and collection. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
