What Causes Bleeding With Urine?

Hi,ayI answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I just went in for a routine exam and did a blood and urine test. They called with the results today and said the blood was negative and everything looked fine. The urine test showed a little blood so they want me to come in 2 weeks from now and take another urine test? I am male age 24, should I be worried or is that common?
