What Causes Biweekly Periods?

Hi for 2 years i get my period every two weeks ive been with a doctor and they did some tests on me and they say that i cannot be bleeding that much but i am it makes me depress .......i feel like no one can help me what should i do? My second question is that i have notice like red and black color around the inside of my butt and i little bit outside my butt its embarrassing nd my anus itches me alot and i cannot sit it hard things like i cant ride my bike or sit on the floor because my anus hurt too what could i have i need help and im embarrased to talk to someone about what i have there

Hello,

I would advise you to use oral contraception pills for 3-6 months to normalize your menstrual periods.
As for the painful red-black anal mass, very likely this is hemorrhoid. External hemorrhoids can be painful and may prevent the patient to do activities that cause pressure there locally.
You need to treat constipation with Movicol 1-2 sachets a day and you may use procto-synalar cream twice a day at the area to help relieve the pain.
