What Causes Big Burning Blotch Under My Right Breast?
I have high blood pressure and am presently taking 3 meds for it. I had Graves Disease and Type 2 Diabetes. I am no longer taking medication for them. A couple of hours ago I developed a big, burning blotch under my right breast. Now I have one under my left breast. I am also post menopausal.
Hi. As per your case history you are having fungal infection under breasts. My treatment advice is - 1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily. 2. Apply a mild antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it. 3. Use an antifungal dusting powder like clotrimazole twice daily. 4. Oral antihistamine like levocetrizine can be used for itching. 5. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
