Hello & Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through the case and found that you first conform that it is vaginal bleeding or urethral bleeding through urination.

It might be renal stone which passes through the kidney to urinary bladder and causes bleeding.

Pain in right pelvic region can be ovarian or appendicitis. There is mac Berny point near to navel point on right side is the point of appendix and pain can radiate upto navel point and can cause vomiting.

So best investigation to rule out these problem is Ultrasound of Abdomen and CT scan of Renal Area.

Hope you will be satisfied with my answer.
