What Causes Back Pain And Upper Abdominal Pain?

I have had a contact upper abdominal pain that radiates to my back for the last 4 days. I have had blood tests, and ultrasound and CT scan. All have come back negative. The Dr mentioned that a test for inflammation came back at 20 but should normally be 5. What could be the problem?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No need to worry much for major diseases as your CT scan and ultrasound are normal.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
In such painful, ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) can be slightly high.
So take painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs.
Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Avoid movements causing pain.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 1 week.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
