General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, hopefully physiotherapy sessions may decrease pain and increase range of mobility as it's normal after prolong ortho procedures and supportive rest or casts. Also using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can help with inflammation and increase healing. If morbidity persists, repeat scans may be needed to evaluate success of previous procedures.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
