What Causes An Itchy Red Rash With Little Bumps On The Back?

Hello i have developed a small red rash with little bumps on my lower right side of my back its really itchy and sensitive as well painful when I touch it im not sure what it can be but I had the chickenpox virus when I was a child and not sure if this can be an early stage of the shingles disease

Itchy and painful bumps on back can be due to bug / insect bite, allergy etc.Shingles causes intensely painful lesions distributed along a dermatome or region of distribution of a nerve. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist for clinical assessment and thus management.
