What Causes An Altered Sense Of Smell?

Hi. Ive noticed olives i used to love, smell and taste like rubbing alcohol now. I smell rubbing alcohol at random times. Or burning skunk smell. Ive had high inflamation. Im young, pretty healthy in weight nd active. But ive been off since having pnemonia many months ago. Still i feel not myself....been tested for desases. Have a crooked neck vertebre. Stenosis is vry likely. Bone spurs on my neck. Overall. Im degrating fast. Idk why alcohol. I dont drink at all. I have possable nasL pulups. Terrible frequent nose bleeds. Maybe brain matter smells like alcohol?
