What Causes Air Filled Abdominal Cavity With Difficulty In Breathing?

my abdominal cavity fills up with air and makes it difficult to breathe. I feel like it's putting a lot of pressure on my heart. When I eat I also have difficulty breathing. Sometimes when I stand up my abdomin feels very heavy as though I am pregnant. Why is this happening?
