Hi,
I understand your concern.
Being under tension has a overall effect on health Your symptoms do need investigations .Few things I feel to be possible are,
- mal nutrition due to tension. A tense person has -
-less appetite,/ less interest in eating, Naturally certain deficiencies are possible in diet.
In your case, iron/
calcium deficiency might have lead to weakness, breathlessness,
body ache.(
Anemia, calcium deficiency.)
- Psychological tension itself can produce breathlessness, weakness, body ache. You are 47 years old. It being a premenopausal age-The
hormonal changes might have added to your tension. If you have irregular, frequent &
heavy periods -it will add to your weakness.
- The breathlessness due to bronchitis/asthma may reflect such symptoms. You don't have fever or cough- so mostly the cause is either allergic / psychological.
- certain endocrinal disorders like
diabetes, hthyroid problems need to be excluded.
* I would suggest you to consult a physician, get a through general health
check up. Few investigations ( Hb%, Blood count blood sugar testing, thyroid testing done . You may need to consult a gynecologist/
psychiatrist after this.
* the medications as per need & positive psychology/counseling would help you.
Thanks.
