What Causes Accumulation Of Yellow Substance On Pubic Hairs Near The Scrotum?

Hi Doc, I have the white/maybe yellowish buildup on the pubic hairs towards the sides of my testicles and underneath my scrotum. I have no idea why they are there, but I dont experience any potent odors from it. I tried scraping the substance off the hairs and then it just reappeared! VERY STRANGE! Then I shaved all the hairs with a hair trimmer down to the skin. The little stubble grew back with the substance growing at the same rate! am i having some sort of infections doc? i keep a very good hygiene and eat well too..im worried

Hi.
You must be very young energetic and living in the hot and humid country wherein the sweating causes such changes in the hair as you have very well explained. The similar changes will be there in the axillary (armpits) hair too.
This is not any infection or so. Stop worrying.
If you adopt to air conditioned rooms avoid hot and humid atmosphere this will automatically go off.
Just see that there are no lice or so.
Do not over-treat at all, gets OK with time.
