So for the past few weeks I've had constant bleeding everyday. Some days it's red and some it's brown. Sometimes after intercourse it would be the bright red color.

I've also noticed that I have pain in my lower abdomen like where my right ovary is at. It really hurts and sometimes it hurts terribly when I have intercourse.

Just in the past few days my nipples have been very tender like the slightest tap just kills me.

I've been to my gyno and did a urine test, not pregnant and no infections. Did a culture and nothing was bad but found some discharge. Then did a transvaginal ultrasound and said that I could possibly have PCOS or large foliciles. Also had blood work done I got it done once and then twice after drinking some sugar drink and waiting two hours. But I haven't gotten the results from that yet. My sister has PCOS.

What in the world is going on with me? Am I pregnant? Do I have PCOS? What is going on?
