What Causes Abnormal Bleeding And Pelvic Pain?

I would like to please know what other tests can be done ? I have been having abnormal bleeding(every other week)for over 3 months now since beginning of June. At first it was just the bleeding but as of end of July I have been bleeding every 4 days and then followed with a lot of pelvic pain ! I have 2 children and it is hard to even finish my day with them because I am just so exhausted and have no energy. I also never have an appetite and if I do eat I am full right away where I can finish my meal. If I try to force myself to eat I feel like I am going to puke. I also get these dizzy spells where I need to lay down or I feel like I will faint . The pain is a sharp pain and it goes into my back, it is like labour back pain and is so uncomfortable that it hurts to walk or bend down as well. I have had 2 ultrasounds, 1 vaginal ultrasound, 3 blood tests, PAP test and infection test and EVERYTHING came back normal ? Can you please help me ?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I will be able to comment better if you can upload the reports. If infections, polyps, erosions, endometriosis, myomas and cysts of the ovary have been excluded, hormone imbalance should be suspected. If this also is excluded, medical examination should be done to rule out general causes. History of significant drug intake, coagulation profile etc., also are important. Supportive treatment is needed to correct the deficiencies. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
