Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello. I am having abdominal pain mostly on the right side. It s more of a sharp pain. I haven t had an appetite. I have had nausea and vomiting and chills. I don t have a thermometer but I feel like I have had a fever. I have had these syptoms three times before but each time they have said its not appendicitis.
There are other abdominal structures on the right side such as the liver, gallbladder, right kidney, intestines.
It is possible that the symptoms are originating from one of these structures eg infection or inflammation of the gallbladder.
It would be best to see your doctor again for reassessment to determine the source of your pain. This can be done by physical examination, blood tests, urine tests to rule out urinary tract infection and imaging.
I hope this helps
