Hi,

I am sorry for the pains. Now, for the abdominal pain it depends if its upper part or lower part of the abdomen. Upper part is more of acidity which needs tests for H. pylori endoscopy and management. Lower abdomen this is mainly the uterus tubes and ovary which may be related to the vaginal bleeding. This depends on your age last delivery and use of contraceptives. You need several tests to get into the cause of vaginal bleeding, pelvic ultra sound, CT scan of the pelvis, MRI, Pap smear, Urinalysis to rule out bladder infection. It will be useful to visit your gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
