What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea And Low Grade Fever?

I have had a gnawing pain in my stomach all day with nausea and low grade fevers. Also pain spreads to my back when I lay on my side. I have been on augmenting for 1 week now for a sinus infection. The pain is stronger when I am walking around so I have been resting all day. I also have a bloated full feeling that won t go away. This morning several hours after I took the antibiotic I took Tylenol, muccinex, and a a laxative thinking maybe it was just from my cold and constipation. I already had a small BM on the softer side. I never have pain so this is strange for me.

Hi ..

Thanks for contacting HCM for health query.

You have a gnawing pain abdomen and to back when you lie down and better at rest , making your routine spoilt.

You had taken antibiotic augmentin,tylenol but no relief.

My thinking is can be a gastritis following medicines you had for sinusitis.

If I have a patient like this in my outpatient department I would be giving her anti ulcer drug like esomeprazole 40mg and antiemetic drug like domperidone 30mg as combo medicine.

But you need to meet a doctor in person for getting you examined and then prescribe you.
