OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be pregnant and if you have taken a tablet with in 72 hrs then there is less possibility. Have a UPT test done or b-hCG, as well as a USG done. If test is positive, USG will rule out ectopic pregnancy as there is abdominal pain. If negative, the cause of pain will be diagnosed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
