General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems you are having pain due to small bowel. Small bowel generally causes pain around the umbilicus and at the beltline.
You may use local warm compresses and also paracetamol 1 g every 6-8 hours.
If you are not better or if you think you are getting any worse you will need to see your doctor.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
