Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
having abdominal pain across the belt line. it feels like something is turning inside my stomach. the pain comes and goes about every 10 minutes. I am 42 years old female. had sterilization surgery (tubes tied and clamp) in 2013 it feels like I felt after that surgery. what can I do?
It seems you are having pain due to small bowel. Small bowel generally causes pain around the umbilicus and at the beltline. You may use local warm compresses and also paracetamol 1 g every 6-8 hours. If you are not better or if you think you are getting any worse you will need to see your doctor.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
Regards, Dr. Antoneta Zotaj General and Family Physician
