What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Sore Breasts?

Hello my name is Kori, my period lasted 3 days the end of July and then I started to experience cramps & now my breast are sore. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex in the beginning of July.. I don t know if I am pregnant or my period is switching up.. what s going on?

When abdominal pain and breast tenderness occur together, the cause is often related to changes in hormone levels. Many women experience cramps in their lower abdomen when menstruating. Fluctuations in the hormones estrogen and progesterone can cause changes in breast sensation.
