What Causes Abdominal Cramping, Frequent Urination And Delayed Period While HPT Is Negative?

I am 25 years old, married for 5 months. We are trying for a baby. Usually I have 25 days regular cycle. Last month I gone through follicular monitoring scan. My follicle was ruptured on 15th day of my cycle. So my doctor advised me to contact for two days and also advised to take susten 200 and my estra 2 pills for 15 days. My periods is delayed about 6 days.I am having stomach ceamps, frequent urination and leg pain. I used home pregnancy test on my 30th day. But test result was negative. I am very confused whether I am pregnant or not. Can you suggest me ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may want to repeat the pregnancy test in a few days to make sure the result is accurate.

Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone which is normally present by day 11 to 14 after conception.

If it is truly negative then there may be another cause for the period delay.

I hope this helps
