What Causes A Vaginal Lip Lump Which Is Painful?

Hi. I have one bump that feels like a pimple on the right side of the outer vaginal lips . I am 13 years old and I am 100 percent positive it is not a std because I am not sexually active. I shaved down there about a week ago so I assume its a ingrown hair. It doesn't itch or anything it just hurts like a pimple. I discovered it yesterday and I didn't pop it.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely bartholinitis. For such condition in my patients i treat with antibiotics like clindamycin.I also recommend them to do warm compress by towel for soothing. If abscess is there then i advise incision and drainage.I also advise them to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
