What Causes A Vaginal Clumpy Discharge, Breasts Soreness With Yellow Discharge?

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm pregnant, and I need to deal with it within the next two weeks if I am. I started my last period on November 26, and then fooled around with my guy on December 10. I think some of his pre-ejaculate may have gotten inside, but he said he hadn't ejaculated for about a month. I took Plan B on December 12. A few days ago I noticed that my breasts were sore and that I had a watery discharge with a dark yellow tinge to it. This morning a brown/bloody, stretchy clump of something fell out of my vagina but it went down the drain before I could examine it. I am terrified I might be pregnant. I'm 20.

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) You are absolutely right about the concern of pre ejaculation secretions and also it is right decision to take emergency contraceptive pill within 24 to 72 hours of unprotected sex act.

3 ) As you might be aware that precum - pre ejaculation secretions do contain sperms enough to cause pregnancy, even if the male partner claims that there was no ejaculation inside the vagina.

Secondly, your day of unprotected sex act was in the fertile period of cycle, means between day 10 10 to 20 of the cycle.

So taking emergency contraceptive pill within 24 to 72 hours of unprotected sex act will help you prevent the pregnancy.

4 ) I will suggest you to wait for your expected date of the cycle. If you happen to cross your dates, then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

In case of negative test results, your symptoms can be due to high dose of progesterone hormone in the emergency contraceptive pill.
The symptoms will disappear after 2 weeks. The pattern of withdrawal bleeding after such pills is a bit eratic, it can be Scanty or heavy and it can be early or late.

5 ) Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under medical supervision.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
