My 20 month old granddaughter has a tiny piece of skin or tissue hanging out of her vagina and she is screaming with pain that her parents noticed while changing her diaper, which they couldn t finish because of the pain; looks like a pink worm shape; they are on their way to CHOP

Can be possible infection with a sebaceous cyst, abnormal tissue with the external genital region in terms of ambiguous genital due to hormone level imbalance or else.
She must be addressed with her pediatrician for a clinical evaluation immediately and guide the therapy in accordance with that only.
Primary pain relief with paracetamol suspension is the best handy way to get at home.
