Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your health issues submitted.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.
You seem to have-
Varicose Veins with few spots on right foot.
Problems of tingling feet for a while and its reduction on deep breathing suggests that its not Neural tingling as in diabetic foot from
peripheral neuritis but it is Venous tingling from engorged veins with increased venous pressure from incompetant vein valves.
I would suggest physical examination from doctor and needful treatment of Varicose Veins.
Other causes like -
diabetic neuropathy , Chronic Compartment Compression Syndrome with Varicose Vein-needs to be verified and ruled out.
Cause of the
tingling sensation in the feet- is thus from engorged Varicose Veins of the foot and not the diabetes neuropathy as thought by you.
For this to verify
Second opinion from Vascular Surgeon- doctor - would be needed.
Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.
Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
