hi, i was playing tennis last wednesady and felt a sudden stabbing pain in my calf when playing i stopped staright away as i presumed i had a calf strain this week, i have noticed bruising around my ankle and a slight puffiness and purple coloured bruising around my ankle and lower part of my calf but there is no bruising where i hurt the calf muscle,and the bruising seams to be getting worse, have you any ideas what this may be
