What Causes A Sore And Hard Lump On The Leg?
Hi there. I have found a lump on the back of my leg (from looking at a picture of muscular anatomy it seems to be half way down my Semitendinosus?). It is not particularly sore, quite hard and is under the skin. I have no bruising or external symptoms. I have only noticed it recently. Please can you help and advise me as to what it might be? Thank you.

If it is not sore, it could be a lipoma (benign tumor of the fat tissue). I recommend performing an ultrasound of the soft tissues in this region.
