What Causes A Solid Cystic Lesion In The Pituitary Gland?

I had multiple granulomatous lesions in the brain measuring over 4 cm due to tuberculosis. After 3 years of taking ATT, all the lesions have disappeared except one which is around 8 mm. And also a mew solid cystic lesion is found in the seller area indistinct in the pituitary area. What should I do now?

It could be tubercular granuloma.
If you are asymptomatic and no hormonal problems, only close observation will be enough.
