What Causes A Pimple On The Vaginal Lip During Menstruation?

My. Question is very similar to another writer. I have a very large pimple on the lip of my vagina. It seems to often occur while I m menstrating. It usually pops and drains normally. It does not cause a lot of pain just like any other pimple. What can I do to help it drain and go away?

By your history and description, possibility of bartholin cyst is more likely.
Bartholin cyst is mucus retention cyst. It is recurrent in nature.
So best treatment is surgical removal of cyst by incision and drainage (I and D).
So consult gynecologist and discuss all these.
Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts.
