Hi
i have gone through your question
i appreciate your concern
Looking at her history and symptoms it seems to be a case of enlarged lymph node
infection may lead to lymphadenitis many a times so you need not to worry much it will be alright once infection subsides
please ask her to have plenty of fluids and a multivitamins supplement
Hope I have answered your query
